Situated at Hamilton Gardens, The Pavilion is available to hire, and houses five incredibly versatile event spaces suited to every budget and size, with the added bonus of free parking.

Inside The Pavilion, you’ll find the following spaces:

Central Court

As the largest space within The Pavilion, Central Court offers ample room and a variety of layout options. With a maximum capacity of 510 guests, the adjoining Link Room and Chartwell Room provide additional breakout spaces, further expanding this capacity.

Chartwell Room

Designed for team meetings, workshop sessions, and collaborative gatherings, this space features an adjoining kitchen, door, and serving hatch.

Piwakawaka Room

Features a fully equipped kitchenette, and its large windows allow for plenty of natural light. This space overlooks a lovely outdoor courtyard, which is accessible throughout your event for outdoor breaks and a chance to enjoy the fresh air. Accommodates 40 to 74 people.

Link Room

With its own entrance and exit, a convenient kitchenette, and a flexible layout, this space fits 40 to 76 guests and can be used simultaneously with the Central Court and Chartwell Room spaces or sectioned off with retractable walls.

The Board Room

Great for hosting small meetings, workshops, and casual gatherings, fitting 8 to 10 people.
