The Pavilion is a flexible venue designed to host a variety of events. Containing five unique hireable spaces, this venue can accommodate occasions such as large-scale dinners, small meetings, conferences, wedding receptions, and much more.
Positioned near the main entrance, The Pavilion facilitates easy access to complimentary parking and the Enclosed Gardens for guests to explore.

The following Venue Hire Terms & Conditions are for use in relation to Hamilton Gardens, FMG Stadium Waikato, Seddon Park and Claudelands (including GLOBOX Arena, Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre and The Grandstand).
General information
- Many of our rooms can be combined using retractable walls.
- All catering and alcohol must be through one of our preferred caterers.
- AV equipment available (TBC).
- Chairs, tables, and other equipment available for use at additional cost.
- A bond may be required.
