Terms and Conditions for Valentine’s Day Experience at Hamilton Gardens
- Ticket Purchase and Availability:
- Each ticket is valid for two people and costs $440 per couple ($220 per person).
- Tickets are limited to 11 couples and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Event Details:
- The event will take place on Friday, 14th February, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
- Prompt arrival is required at 6:00pm. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Inclusions:
- Each ticket includes a deluxe picnic for two, featuring an entrée, main, and dessert, along with a 375 ml bottle of bubbles.
- The dining experience will be held in one of Hamilton Gardens’ Enclosed Gardens, chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seating Arrangements:
- Seating within the Enclosed Gardens will depend on the individual garden. There will be a mix of picnic-style seating with blankets and tables or garden structures for dining.
- Weather Dependency:
- This event is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the event may be cancelled.
- Attendees will be notified of any cancellations earlier in the week.
- Full refunds will be provided if the event does not proceed due to weather conditions.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to weather.
- No refunds will be provided for any other reason, including late arrivals or no-shows.
- Age Restriction:
- This is an R18 event. Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate and may be asked to present ID upon arrival.
- Liability:
- Hamilton Gardens is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Conduct:

- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
