Join the Friends of Hamilton Gardens for a fun-filled free community event.
Maaori used kites as a communication tool, Symbolically, kites reached up to the stars, spiritually connecting heaven and earth. Join us as we share knowledge of Manu Tukutuku and Manu aute, kite making and flying. Learn about the historical relationship between kites and the Matariki stars.
