Hamilton Gardens Scarecrow Festival

The annual Scarecrow Festival held within the Kitchen Garden is a great event for all ages. Get creative and enter a scarecrow to be put on display in the Kitchen Garden, and don't forget to come along to see them all displayed and vote for your favourite on Sunday 1 November between 11.00am - 2.00pm!

To enter your scarecrow, please complete the entry form - download a copy below and attach to your completed scarecrow.

Important entry information:

• A copy of your form must be attached to your scarecrow and a copy sent to hamilton.gardens@hcc.govt.nz by 30 October.
• Scarecrows with entry forms attached must be delivered to Gate 2 for installation between Wednesday 28 October to Friday 30 October between 10.00am - 2.30pm 
  Please call 07 958 5940 when you arrive at the Gate 2 carpark to advise you are onsite for a scarecrow drop-off, a staff member will come out to meet you.
• Your scarecrow must be collected on Sunday 8 November between 10.00am - 3.00pm or Monday 9 November between 10.00am - 2.30pm.
  Please call 07 838 6782 when you arrive at the Gate 2 carpark to advise you are onsite for a scarecrow collection, a staff member will come out to meet you.
  
• Please note any scarecrows not collected after Monday 9 November will be disposed of.
