Christmas Annual Pass terms and conditions

To activate and redeem your Annual Pass, the digital or physical card must be presented at the Gallagher Visitor Centre at Hamilton Gardens to exchange for an Annual Pass. 

The digital and physical card are not an entry ticket or an Annual Pass and must be redeemed to be valid. 

This card must be redeemed for an Annual Pass on or before 30 June 2026. After this period, the card will expire and cannot be redeemed. 

This card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 

We cannot replace lost or stolen cards.
