Tania Ashman from the Waikato Permaculture Collective will provide an introduction to the origins of permaculture, its ethics and principles. She will touch on food-growing at home and the market garden, encouraging biodiversity in the urban environment.
The aims of the Waikato Horticultural Society are to encourage interest in plants and horticulture, to educate about gardening and horticulture and to share our love of plants.
