	Plan of Pavilion Click here to see a plan view of the Pavilion The Pavilion is set in the attractive and peaceful setting of Hamilton Gardens; the region's most popular visitor attraction. - Located 5 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from the airport. - Ample free parking. - Four rooms are available for hire to suit any requirement: - The Rotary Lounge maximum capacity 90 - The Chartwell Square Room maximum capacity 150 - The Exhibition Hall maximum capacity 280 - The Central Court maximum capacity 540 - NOTE: capacity is based on standing room only
	Booking Conditions Hamilton Gardens Pavilion is available for hire 7 days a week from 8.00am to midnight. A tentative booking can be made on the form below. A bond and deposit is required to confirm a booking. In the event of a cancellation, the hirer will forfeit the deposit unless the cancellation is made one month prior to the intended function booking. The bond is refundable providing there has been no damage to the facilities. The Pavilion has standard cleaning charges for each room.
	Hirers are responsible for their own set up and pack down, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Customer Service Manager. Hamilton Gardens Pavilion is covered by a liquor license on the condition liquor is not sold on the premises. The Pavilion is a public meeting place and therefore smoking is not permitted in any part of the building. Fittings or equipment are not to be removed, altered or adjusted.
	The hirer cannot permit anyone to make alterations to any electrical plant, wiring or installation of the premises without permission of the Customer Service Manager. If you are not familiar with the Hamilton Gardens Pavilion facilities you are recommended to make an appointment with the Customer Service Manager to view the facilities.
